What was the highlight of Eurostars Santa Luzia
Enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel that had a great location and friendly staff.
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much! Staff we met during our late-night check-in was so friendly and lovely. We enjoyed our chat with her, especially since we had traveled a long way to get to Guimares. It was nice to meet a lovely front desk person working the late-night shift. Our room was great and in a nice quiet area of the hotel. Parking was easy and fairly inexpensive (we parked in the paid lot just down from the hotel). Breakfast was great with a nice selection.
At breakfast it would have been nice to have someone sit us specifically. During our first breakfast, we put our stuff like our jacket and a bottle of water on a table we had selected (we were told to just select a table to sit at). We also had put a cup of coffee on the table. Then, my friend and I went to get our breakfast. Upon returning to the table we had put our stuff on, we found another couple was sitting there, even with our items there. They seemed annoyed and embarrassed that we had told them we had claimed this table, but they did move since my friend pointed out our stuff on the table. It was weird that they were annoyed with us, but we had put our stuff there. Maybe if a hotel staff had sat us and them at specific tables, this misunderstanding would not have happened. Was a bit embarrassing for both us and them. The next couple of breakfasts, my friend and I took turns waiting at the table so no one would sit there, as we both got our food.

Highly recommended.
Very well decorated and designed, clean and staff are friendly.
The only thing I would change is the TV in the room. A hotel like Santa Luzia deserves a larger TV with Netflix and all of those streaming apps.

I liked everything very much! The hotel is super, the spa is super, the location is excellent, the room service is excellent. I was a little surprised by the indifferent service in the hotel bar and restaurant (if we hadn’t persistently asked, they wouldn’t have sold us anything))) it was strange. We didn’t manage to have dinner at the hotel restaurant
